We’ve added the ability to edit your internal notes just like how you’re able to edit in-bound customer messages. There are many scenarios where you’ll find this useful. For example:
- Fixign typso
- Editing the note to include new information
- Changing content habitually to keep a log of internal changes
- Adding accountability
To edit an internal note, simply click on the “Edit” link found at the bottom right hand corner. Go ahead! Try it for yourself.
