Feature Update: Introducing Quick Responses for Chat Widget Interactions

We’ve released a new feature that makes your Chat Widgets better. Now, when building or modifying your Shoutbox Greeting, you can add Quick Responses to Conversation Starters.

Previously, while creating or editing your Shoutbox Greeting, you could incorporate buttons with preset questions such as “What is your return policy?” However, these buttons directed customers to you or your agents for responses.

Now you can add a Quick Response to your Conversation Starter questions. A Quick Response is a pre-programmed response that will answer the question automatically, saving time for your customers and your team.

Adding Quick Responses to your Chat Widgets is easy. Simply input your response in the designated Answer field for any new or existing Conversation Starter. If no response is provided, the button will continue to route inquiries to your team.
