Reply and Remind Conversation

You can now easily reply to customers in any conversation and automatically set a reminder to follow up on a later date! This update to the “Reply” mechanism is sticky like all the other reply mechanisms in Re:amaze and will remember your preference when moving from conversation to conversation.

Keep in mind that when you use the “Reply and Remind” option, the reminder will be set automatically based on your default reminder setting. To change your default, go to Settings > Personal Settings > Customization.
