Today we are excited to announce the release of downloadable attachments for articles in Re:amaze! This new feature allows you to add files that your customers can download directly from the article.
This is a great way to provide more context for customers who are looking at your FAQ, Orders, and other types of articles. This update is perfect for companies that need to share documents with their customers or want to provide more information about their products.
It’s also very helpful if you need to share files that are commonly requested and now you can reference the article with the downloadable file for customers to have access to. This update eliminates frequent queries from customers while also encouraging self-help on your site!
To get started, go to Articles > New Article/Edit > attach file > Create/ Update. The downloadable attachments show up as links on the side of the article, making them easy to find and use. See below for a preview of how to add these files to your articles.
