Instagram and Re:amaze Integration Now Supports Post and Comment Mentions

If you have Instagram connected to Re:amaze, you’ll now automatically receive imports whenever your Instagram account is mentioned by another account. These mentions are created as new conversations and you can reply to them directly from Re:amaze!

Instagram Mentions come in two flavors:

1. Whenever an account mentions you directly in the post
2. Whenever an account mentions you through a comment

In Instagram conversations where you’re mentioned is identified by a yellow warning label indicating that you’ve been mentioned in a post.

You can reply to a mention within a post and your reply will be added as a high level comment.

You can also reply to a mention within a post comment and your reply will be added as a threaded inline reply to the primary comment.

Instagram Mentions support is available now and there’s no toggle needed. Enjoy!
