The latest build of Reamaze includes a bunch of changes, enhancements, and optimizations to the entire environment. These changes set the foundation for what’s to come for Reamaze. Here are the big three that we feel might make a difference to your workflow.
Individual Staff Reports
We’ve always been fans of at-a-glance reporting. This means looking at the big picture to see where problem areas lie and what changes you need to make without getting into the nitty-gritty. At-a-glance reporting is meant to simplify your workflow. For those who actually do need to dive in deeper, Reamaze will be offering more complex reporting features later down the road.
Individual staff reports can be found right beneath the volume and response time reports. Simply click on it to get a view of how each individual agent is performing. You can see the number of total responses, the number of responses in the last 30 days, and what the average response time is.
Workflow Management
Have a ton of workflows? So do we. The workflows page under settings now show more meta data to give you a better sense of what each workflow does. You can also mouse over each workflow to see exactly what parameters are set and what your command is. We hope this brings a little more simplicity to those who rely on workflows.
Archived Search
You can now search archived messages easily by typing keywords into the search box on the main dashboard. Search results that reside in your archived folder will be appear as a banner notification.
