We’ve added a new update to our Workflow Report. You now have the ability to click out to view a full list of conversations where your workflows have run!
At the bottom of the report, we display the Workflow Trigger Count. You can now click onto each specific workflow, which will then redirect you to a list of conversation threads where the workflow had run.
This new capability will allow you to audit your workflows and ensure that they’re running correctly on the right conversations.
