We’ve added a new ability to Re:amaze Roles and Permissions to allow an admin to remove the ability to delete conversations!
You may update any existing roles or create new roles using this new permission control setting.
Deleting conversations is a permanent action in Re:amaze. All deleted conversations will no longer be retrievable by your team or by the Re:amaze team. Therefore, it’s important to think about which roles are allowed to delete conversations. If there’s any doubt as to which role can delete conversation, it’s better to lean on the safer side and remove this permission from the role.
