Another update to the Re:amaze Shoutbox/Chatbox is here! If you’ve set your office hours within Re:amaze messaging settings, Re:amaze used to only alert your customers in terms of what time you’ll be back next. We’ve updated the Away Indictor on your Shoutbox/Chatbox to intelligently display when you’ll be back based on the day of the week if you’ll be away for more than 24 hours.
For example, if it’s currently 6pm on Friday and you’ll be back the next day at 8am, Re:amaze will display: “Away Until: 8:00am”.
If it’s currently 6pm on Friday and you’ll be back on Monday at 8:00am, Re:amaze will display: “Away Until Monday”, instead of the normal 8:00am.
