Conversation Permalink
As of the most recent update you can now find a permalink to every Reamaze conversation. This makes sharing conversations and threads easier than ever! Simply look for the permalink on the right hand side. The public can access any conversation via that URL.
Internal Notes
Internal note just got a boost in visuals. It’s now much more obvious that you’re leaving a note for your teammate. The entire composition box is now highlighted in yellow 
Branded Response Templates
Response templates are now on a per brand basis. You can now have different templates for each brand. Cool huh?
Individual Unresolved Count
There is now an unresolved count next to each staff user on the mail dashboard in the left rail.
