In addition, we’d like to announce one more feature to close off 2015! A lot of you have been asking for more flexible ways to leave internal notes and perform Reamaze-actions via email. Well we’ve listened! You can now hit reply via your email and use #note (instead of the previous @note) to log an internal note on a specific conversation. Any text you type after #note will be logged! You can also now use #archive to archive a Reamaze conversation via email. Nifty huh!
