Performance!

As you can probably guess from the screenshot above, performance is top of mind here at Reamaze. In the past week or two some of you may have noticed dramatic performance improvements such as faster page loads, smoother navigation, and more stability across the platform. Updates to the entire infrastructure and UI have allowed us to optimize performance like never before. Hopefully these improvements will make your, and your customers’, Reamaze experience even better!

Special Syntaxes

Special syntaxes are also now available for you to apply while responding to Reamaze conversations via email instead of the dashboard. Since email doesn’t have respond commands such as “Respond and Leave Unresolved” or “Respond and Archive” we thought it’d be a great idea for you to be able to communicate these commands to Reamaze with syntax. Read our tutorial here.

New Workflow Command

Workflow commands gets a new friend! You can now expand your team’s involvement with important customer conversations by adding participants to conversations processed through a workflow. For example, you can now automatically assign a convo to an agent in charge and follow along as a participant.

Participants Filter

Speaking of participants, we’ve also changed the “Participating” filter on the left navigation to be more proactive. The previous “Participating” filter emphasized historical conversations that you’ve participated in. The new “Participating” filter serves a different purpose: It is filtered also by unresolved conversations, giving you a view on conversations that you’ve participated in need of immediate attention. We’re trying to emphasize work efficiency with our filters and we think this new version of the Participating filter will be a lot more useful.
